Global Real Estate Broker/Agent Referral Programme
Qualified Broker / Agents
The Regus Group will compensate licensed Real Estate Brokers/Agents in return for successful initial introductions and/or referrals (Referrals) of their clients not previously referred to Regus, which lead to an executed Service Agreement.
The Real Estate Broker/Agent Referral Program is reserved for commercial Real Estate Brokers/Agents, residential Real Estate Broker/Agents that are duly licensed and in good standing.
Initial Agreement
Office, Co-Working, Campus, Enterprise, Membership: Compensation will be calculated at 10% of the workspace portion of the monthly service agreement fee up to the first 12 months of the agreement term.
Virtual Office, Workplace Recovery: Compensation will be calculated at 10% of the monthly service agreement fee up to the first 12 months of the agreement term.
Active involvement is required in order to qualify for a commission.*
Office, Co-Working, Campus Expansions
Office, Co-Working, Campus, Enterprise expansions are defined as a customer who takes on additional workspace at an existing location that occurs within the initial agreement period.
Compensation will be calculated at 10% of the workspace portion of the monthly service agreement fee up to the first 12 months of the agreement term.
The Real Estate Broker/Agent must have active involvement in the client’s decision to expand to qualify for a commission.*
Payment
Payment will be made weekly once an invoice is received.
A completed sale is defined as a signed service agreement and payment of the initial fee.
Invoices must be received within 90 days of the completed sale.
All commissions will be made payable to the brokerage company and not to an individual Broker/Agent.
Maximum payment amount shall be no more than 100,000 GBP or local equivalent on any single transaction.
If a client defaults during the term of their agreement whereby a payment for commission has already been made, Regus will invoice the Agent/Broker for the pro-rated commission paid for the term the client is in default or deduct that amount from a future payment.
Month to month agreements will be paid each month the customer remains a client up to 12 months.
Payment Method
All payments will be made by Wire/Bank Transfer or if in North America by ACH.
Registration
Real Estate Brokers/Agents must refer prospects through a Regus team member (this covers all) the Regus website or any other Regus approved mechanism.
In the United Kingdom, referrals will only be accepted by registering them on agents.helpdesk@regus.com.
In the event two or more Real Estate Brokers/Agents refer a prospect, Regus shall accept the first official referral received, unless instructed otherwise by the client.
Regus reserves the right to reject a referral to the extent the customer applied directly, is an existing customer or was referred previously through another Real Estate Broker/Agent.
Regus will endeavour to notify the referring Real Estate Agent of any rejections within 3 business days.
Submittal of a referral to Regus alone indicates acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Regus reserves the right to amend or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice.
* Active Involvement means the Broker will notify Regus of the opportunity in the aforementioned manner.
Refer a friend programme
The Rewards Program is subject to standard Regus terms and conditions.
Referrals must be made using the official referrals form found on /refer, and that referral must generate the enquiry.
Referrals cannot be made retrospectively.
Submission of a referral indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Referrals must be for a new Hong Kong office, Co-working and Virtual office contract only, and the contract is subject to minimum contract duration of 12 months.
Mailbox, Telephone answering and Businessworld membership referrals do not qualify.
Customers are only eligible to claim their reward once the referred client has signed a contract, paid full deposit and been a Regus client for a minimum of 30 days.
Receive £500 worth of shopping vouchers for a qualifying Office referral, for both the referrer and referee. £100 worth of shopping vouchers will be rewarded for a qualifying Virtual office referral, for both the referrer and referee. £200 worth of shopping vouchers will be rewarded for a qualifying Co-working referral, for both the referrer and referee.
Regus customers who make an Evans Easyspace referral will receive the qualifying Evans Easyspace rewards value.
If a customer gives notice on their product or terminates their contract prior to the 30 day period the offer is not applicable.
To qualify for a reward the referral must come from an existing Regus or Evans Easyspace client.
Referrals cannot be for a sister company or a colleague working for the same company.
To qualify for rewards, the referral must result in the receipt, by Regus, of signed Terms and Conditions in the form of our Hong Kong agreements for the respective product, as well as cleared funds for the service retainer.
In the event of multiple clients referring the same contact/company, only the first referral Regus receive will be eligible for the reward.
The referral will only be accepted if the enquiry has not previously been entered into any Regus system.
The reward is as stated, and is not redeemable for cash. Regus reserves the right to provide alternative rewards or a broadly equivalent value.
Regus cannot provide any details or contracts signed on account of confidentiality obligations to all new clients.
Employees of Regus and their immediate families are not eligible to take part in the Regus Rewards Programme.
Regus reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Neither the programme nor any benefit offered by the Programme creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by members against Regus.
The promotion is a non-tax paid programme. Individuals and participating resellers are responsible for declaring any prizes to their local tax authority if required and paying any tax liability arising from receipt of any prizes.
Under the data protection legislation of various countries, we are required to particularly draw your attention to the fact that by participating in the Regus Rewards Programme and in order to make it possible for Regus to perform its obligations under the Programme, you accept and explicitly authorise that Regus, its subsidiaries and appointed third party agents, need to know and hold your personal information which is supplied by you during the course of the Programme. We need this information in order to process and fulfil your orders, to let you know the status of your order, to address any queries regarding your order, and tailor the rewards programme based on your order data.
We may also disclose your information to our appointed third party agents in order to process your order, for example, to courier companies who deliver goods to you on our behalf.
